VibeCoach Privacy Policy

This policy describes how VibeCoach collects, uses, retains, shares, and protects personal information. HackerCode AI access When you enroll in included HackerCode AI access, VibeCoach shares the information needed to establish and enforce that access with the HackerSquad AI Access Platform. Categories can include your VibeCoach account identifier, name and email, membership and billing identifiers and period, approved plan and policy values, credential environment, and safe key lifecycle metadata. VibeCoach stores only masked key metadata such as prefix, last four characters, status, timestamps, and support request IDs; it does not store the reveal-once key secret. HackerSquad processes this information to authenticate requests, enforce model access, rate and budget limits, meter funded usage, prevent abuse, maintain reliability, handle deletion, and support requests. Fireworks may act as the underlying inference provider or subprocessor where applicable. Prompts, source, tool payloads, and model responses are transiently processed to provide inference. The AI Access Platform does not retain that content by default. It may retain bounded usage metadata such as the public model alias, token and request counts, timestamps, status, and request ID for authentication, limits, billing, abuse prevention, reliability, and support. VibeCoach and the AI Access Platform do not use member prompts, source code, tool payloads, or model responses for training unless a separate policy and explicit consent flow is introduced. Your VibeCoach export includes safe AI access metadata. When account deletion completes, VibeCoach first requests remote access deletion and revocation, then anonymizes local identity data. Some billing, security, audit, usage, and support metadata may be retained when required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or security under an approved retention schedule.
