VibeCoach Terms of Service

These terms govern use of VibeCoach learning, coaching, and included HackerCode AI access services. HackerCode AI access An eligible, paid Builder membership may include funded access to approved models through the HackerSquad AI Access Platform. Access is available only while the account, membership, billing period, key, and effective usage policy remain active. It has no paid overage. Published request, token, concurrency, credit, and spend limits are enforced as hard limits and may reset on the schedule shown for the service. Your HackerCode key is an account credential. Do not share, transfer, resell, publish, or embed it in source control. You are responsible for activity performed with the key until it is suspended or revoked. VibeCoach may suspend or revoke access to protect an account, enforce funding and usage limits, respond to billing state, investigate abuse, or comply with law. HackerSquad operates the access platform and Fireworks may provide the underlying model inference. Models and service availability can change. Model output, generated code, and automated tool actions can be incomplete, insecure, or wrong. You must review and test them before use and remain responsible for your inputs, decisions, deployments, and compliance with the Acceptable Use Policy.
